A classic wine tasting tailored to you, including five top quality wines and tasting appreciation.

Learn how to savour your wines, discerning the wine palate and getting the most from every taste. The ultimate blind tasting experience, including five top quality mystery wines is suited for everyone, including the connoisseurs. This highly enjoyable experience is full of guesswork and fun

Partnering with the award-winning Thyme Square restaurant in Hamilton East, known for their fresh and local produce, and innovative menu.

Gourmet Degustation
Award winning two hat chef, Andrew Clarke, will create a truly special experience with a five-course degustation menu made in your own home, with wine matches by Jules.

It’s so important that you have the best time, and that includes making the booking process easy. To help me make your tasting fabulous, please have a read of the following nitty gritty bits.
Wine glasses are included up to 48 pax (breakages charged at $5 per glass)
Final numbers must be confirmed and paid in full five days prior to event
- Full refund up to one week prior for cancellation
- 50% refund if cancelled in the five days prior to event
Travel outside Hamilton City limits charged at $1.25 per km each way
Additional hireage may apply to degustation depending on needs (for example, crockery, cutlery, table settings)
