I’ve been working in the Waikato hospitality industry for more than twenty years. I began my wine journey at an early age, growing up in the UK and visiting the wine regions of France for summer holidays. I’m particularly proud of being the Manager of Victoria St Bistro when it was awarded it’s two hats. I now regularly build wine lists for restaurants, create wine matches for degustation meals, and absolutely love hosting wine evenings.

I’m told my vibrant personality brings fun and humour to create special experiences. My passion for wine, coupled with loving to meet new people means that I’d be thrilled to help create a special experience for you and your friends.
